Tierrasanta Gateway Shopping Center has been sold for $15.5 million.
Built in 1992, Tierrasanta Gateway, 5910-6030 Santo Road, has 25 retail tenants including the U.S. Postal Service, Dairy Queen, and Alans Market.
The buyer was IAC Management, according to CoStar, a real estate research firm.
The Seller was, TGSC, LLC.
IAC Management was represented by Nicholas Totah, first vice president of investments with The Totah Group of Marcus & Millichap, and Ross Sanchez, an investment associate with The Totah Group.
The 42,192 square-foot shopping center was built on a 3.7-acre site.
