Ricky Partida
AnalystRicky Partida specializes in financial analysis, transaction management, marketing, and buyer and seller representation for The Totah Group since joining in 2017. Ricky has vast experience in property management accounting and acquisitions and dispositions of Industrial, Retail, Office, and Multi-Family investments. He previously worked on underwriting, market research, and analysis of investment properties in California, Arizona, and Texas.
Ricky is a native of San Diego, California and began his career as an Accountant and Financial Analyst. Before joining The Totah Group, Ricky worked for PacVentures, Inc, a privately owned Commercial Real Estate investment firm based in La Jolla, CA.
Ricky earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from San Diego State University and was an active member of the Accounting Society and currently a member of ULI San Diego/Tijuana.
