Nick M. Totah
Senior Vice President InvestmentsNick Totah is responsible for leading and overseeing all investment group processes as well as business and relationship development. Taking pride in identifying opportunities for clients to create value, both financially and in their neighborhoods. Nick ensures all team members have the boots-on-the-ground knowledge to find creative solutions to commercial real estate property challenges. Nick started at Marcus & Millichap in 2012, specializing in leased investment properties in San Diego County. Prior to The Totah Group, he served as the Senior Financial and Real Estate Manager for Comprehensive Educational Services, managing over $35 million in annual revenue. As an investor in principal real estate himself, Nick intimately knows both sides of selling and buying office and retail properties – allowing him to provide his clients with optimal positioning in the marketplace, both locally and nationally.
Throughout his career in real estate, Nick has been instrumental in closing unique and complex commercial property sales, including the sale of one of the largest Hillcrest assemblages in the last two decades for $18.5 million as well as the largest single-tenant office in price per square foot in Morena-Rose Canyon neighborhood in San Diego. He is heavily involved in the real estate community, holding memberships with NAIOP and more. And when Nick’s not in the office, you can find Nick hiking rigorous trails in San Diego, spending time with his family, and staying engaged in educational pursuits.
