A Santee industrial and office building has been sold for $2 million.
La Mesa Glass acquired the 11,500 square-foot Railroad Industrial building, 8710 Railroad Ave., from RR Avenue, LLC.
Built in 2008 with tilt up construction, the building has 7,500 square feet of warehouse space and 4,000 square feet of office space.
Nicholas Totah, first vice president investments of The Totah Group in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Downtown office, represented the seller.
