Phoenix Office Complex Acquired by San Diego Investor

Pete Katz of Katz Real Estate has acquired a Phoenix office development for $18.2 million.

Brookstone Office Complex, 350 E. Palm Lane, was sold by Brookstone Office Complex, LLC.

The office campus consists of two office/medical buildings on more than 5.7 acres in the Midtown District of Phoenix.

The property was 69% leased at the time of sale and includes a variety of local, regional, and national professional office and medical tenants.

Nicholas Totah, first vice president of investments for The Totah Group in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Downtown office represented Katz.
