Private Investor of San Diego has acquired an office building near Pacific Beach for approximately $9.27 million, according to brokerage company Marcus & Millichap Inc.

The seller of the 31,530-square-foot property, at 4375 Jutland Drive, was Jutland Drive LLC, represented by Marcus & Millichap’s Ben Tashakorian. The buyer was represented by the company’s Nick Totah and Tashakorian, with Chad O’Connor of Marcus & Millichap securing financing.

Brokers said the property is currently occupied by Pite Duncan LLP, a business litigation firm that services financial institutions
