Private Investor of San Diego has acquired a mixed-use property in San Diego’s Bankers Hill neighborhood for $4 million, according to brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap.

The sellers of the 17,841-square-foot property, with office and retail elements at 1801-1871 Fifth Ave., were Renee Park and John Kileen of San Diego.

The buyer and sellers were represented by Marcus & Millichap’s Nick Totah and Ben Tashakorian. Brokers said this was the first time the property had been placed on the market in 45 years.
